Our founder, Gary Brown, has been mentoring for over 25 years. Initially mentoring young UK based engineers towards Chartership (IMechE), Gary was then asked to mentor high potential employees within business. Since 2013 he mentors students and graduates from Warwick Business School, individual leaders of small/medium businesses and within the Innov8rs and Connect Sverige network.
Non Executive Director
Between 2017 and 2020, Gary Brown was a Non Executive Director / Board member for a not-for-profit school -- The English School Gothenburg.
A certified Non Executive Director (NED) Board Member (Sweden).
